What is PTA?

PTA stands for Parent Teacher Association. It supports and speaks on behalf of the children not only at school but in the community, the government and other organizations.  The PTA helps provide student and teacher recognition.  It helps raise funds for school projects and improvements.

Why Join the PTA?

To benefit your child.  In doing so, you also help our school.  Research has proven that children do better when their parents are involved both at home and in school. Grades are higher. Test scores rise. Self-esteem grows.

PTA membership helps you connect with the school, the staff, and other parents.  It gives you a voice in deciding the direction of the Royal Ridge PTA. 

Joining the PTA does not obligate you to volunteer at school or attend PTA meetings—although we hope you will!  PTA members receive numerous discounts and special rates.  Help your PTA by joining today!
